How to Analyze UX and Visitor Journeys
Use UX Insights and User Journeys to see where visitors engage, loop, drop off, search, chat, download, and continue.
UX and journey analysis answers what visitors actually do after they land on the site. A page can have good content and still fail if users loop, stall, miss the CTA, or need too many clicks to find the right information.
UX Insights shows sessions, visitors, bounce, average steps, engagement quality, step survival, pogo patterns, top pages, leaky pages, and CTA clicks.
User Journeys adds route maps, top paths, visitor sessions, search requests, chat requests, and download requests so teams can compare intended journeys with real behavior.
What to check first
- The report is filtered by the right brand, date range, device, and thresholds
- Leaky pages, pogo patterns, step survival, and CTA clicks are reviewed
- Top paths and bubble maps are compared against the intended journey
- Visitor sessions are inspected before major navigation or CTA changes
